Casa Marigold started with a family recipe box and a conviction that good Mexican food doesn't need to be rushed. We nixtamalize our own corn, braise for hours, and build salsas from scratch - because the slow way is still the best way.
Our dining room was designed to feel like a celebration on any given Tuesday: warm colors, a full bar, and a kitchen you can see working.
